There are no tutorial for Transatlantic flight from the US to Africa.
I used http://flightaware.com/analysis/route.rvt?origin=kjfk&destination=gooy , then I copied the SAA204 flight plan to fsbuild2 and fscommander.

or

Download navigraph nDac 3.0 and get the enroute charts.

But for flight between North America and Europe you can use https://www.notams.jcs.mil/common/nat.html for the daily North Atlantic Tracks
